Jerusalem – ذي teams of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency (BMAQ), operating under the Al-Quds Committee chaired by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, continue implementing their annual Ramadan social assistance campaign in line with the Agency’s established action plan.
They began distributing food supply packages to social centers and healthcare institutions hosting patients, particularly Al-Makassed Charitable Hospital.
Meanwhile, field teams deliver Iftar meals each afternoon to worshippers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, while distributions also continue in charitable kitchens, Bedouin communities, and villages across the governorate.
Adnan Farhoud, Deputy Director General of Al-Makassed Hospital, expressed gratitude to BMAQ, headed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, for its consistent support , especially during the holy month of Ramadan.
He noted that the assistance helps provide meals for patients, their companions, and hospital staff, with the largest share allocated to patients and those accompanying them.
Farhoud also acknowledged the Kingdom of Morocco—its King, government, and people—for their continued support of Jerusalem and its institutions..
Administrative Deputy Director Omar Idais described BMAQ’s gesture toward Jerusalem and its institutions as a significant initiative reflecting the Agency’s ongoing support for the Holy City.
He expressed gratitude to His Majesty the King and the Agency, highlighting that this annual initiative is part of a longstanding tradition of charitable and humanitarian work in Jerusalem.
He added that these efforts demonstrate genuine generosity and steadfast commitment to the city and its institutions, with hopes for their continuation and lasting impact.
