Rabat – The Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency (BMAQ) has today, Friday, obtained the annual renewal of its ISO international quality compliance certificate in the field of donation management and project implementation, monitoring, and follow-up in Jerusalem..
The Agency, operating under the Al-Quds Committee chaired by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, was first awarded this certification at the close of 2023, having successfully met all the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 international standard for quality management systems.
This milestone marks the culmination of a two-year administrative modernization process, encompassing integrated initiatives for digital transformation, enhanced financial and administrative management, and diversified funding sources, all in line with the Agency’s statutes and financial regulations.
The renewal was granted following a thorough external audit, which included drafting a procedural manual for the quality system, monitoring performance indicators, and providing intensive training sessions for staff in financial and administrative departments to equip them with the necessary knowledge of the standard’s concepts and strict adherence to quality criteria.
The ISO certification renewal will enable the Agency to further strengthen its standing with partners, donors, and financiers, showcasing its commitment to international standards of quality, transparency, and accountability.
Looking ahead, the Agency aims to secure additional quality management certifications to enhance the transparency standards it applies internally.
