Al-Bureij Camp – On Saturday, the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency (BMAQ) carried out the third phase of the Moroccan humanitarian relief campaign at Al-Bureij Camp in eastern Gaza. The campaign targets the most vulnerable displaced families in the sector and is funded by the Moroccan Association for the Support of Reconstruction in Palestine.
Despite the difficult security conditions, the field teams reached the camp to deliver aid hand in hand to 500 beneficiary families, sparing them the risks associated with traveling to warehouses and distribution points.
The beneficiaries of the food baskets—which included varieties of fresh vegetables that BMAQ managed to secure from the local market despite soaring prices—expressed their appreciation for the efforts made by the Kingdom of Morocco to relieve the afflicted, regardless of the scale or financial value of the support.
They also praised the honorable image that Palestinians hold in their hearts of the Kingdom of Morocco and its leader, His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God protect him, wishing that the generosity of the Moroccan people toward their Palestinian brothers continues, as it always has, under all circumstances.
