{"id":8872,"date":"2024-03-27T22:23:50","date_gmt":"2024-03-27T19:23:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bmaq.org\/?p=8872"},"modified":"2024-03-27T22:23:50","modified_gmt":"2024-03-27T19:23:50","slug":"opening-of-the-exhibition-melodies-of-letters-from-al-aqsa-to-al-aqsa-at-the-headquarters-of-the-bayt-mal-al-quds-asharif-agency","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bmaq.org\/en\/2024\/03\/27\/opening-of-the-exhibition-melodies-of-letters-from-al-aqsa-to-al-aqsa-at-the-headquarters-of-the-bayt-mal-al-quds-asharif-agency\/","title":{"rendered":"Opening of the Exhibition &#8220;Melodies of Letters from Al-Aqsa to Al-Aqsa&#8221; at the Headquarters of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rabat, March 26, 2024<\/p>\n<p>Today, Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the exhibition of Moroccan calligraphy, Arabic Hurufiyya (lettrism), and ornamentation entitled &#8220;Melodies of Letters from Al-Aqsa to Al-Aqsa&#8221; was inaugurated at the headquarters of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency in Rabat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-8842 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bmaq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG-20240326-WA0347-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"591\" height=\"394\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bmaq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG-20240326-WA0347-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bmaq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG-20240326-WA0347-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.bmaq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG-20240326-WA0347-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bmaq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG-20240326-WA0347-1536x1023.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.bmaq.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/IMG-20240326-WA0347.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 591px) 100vw, 591px\" \/><br \/>\nThe exhibition is organized by the Agency in collaboration with the Rabat Forum for the Revival of Cultural and Artistic Heritage.<br \/>\nThe proceeds from these calligraphic works will be allocated to the projects undertaken by the Agency in Al-Quds\/Jerusalem.<br \/>\nThe opening of the exhibition was attended by the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication -Culture Sector, Samira Malizi, the director in charge of the current affairs management of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency, Mohamed Salem Echarkaoui and the President of the Rabat Forum for the Revival of Cultural and Artistic Heritage, Idris el-Idrissi, along with members of the association, as well as ambassadors and representatives of diplomatic corps and accredited international organizations in Morocco.<\/p>\n<p>In her statement on the occasion, Samira Malizi stated that this exhibition emphasized the richness and diversity of Morocco&#8217;s intangible cultural heritage, which contributes to conveying meaningful messages about Moroccan calligraphy to the current and future generation.<br \/>\nShe also noted the special attention given by His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God protect him, to this art form, through the establishment of the Mohammed VI Prize for Moroccan Calligraphy.<br \/>\nMalizi added that the exhibition highlights the fact that the Kingdom of Morocco boasts high-level artists and calligraphers who are working to showcase the originality of Moroccan calligraphy.<br \/>\nShe recalled that the Ministry of Youth, Culture, and Communication is dedicated to preserving Moroccan heritage, promoting it locally and internationally, as well as highlighting the richness and importance of Moroccan calligraphy as a national cultural heritage.<br \/>\nIn a similar statement, Mohamed Salem Echarkaoui emphasized that the exhibition is a continuation of the enduring solidarity of Moroccans, under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, may God protect him, with the Palestinians.<br \/>\nHe also highlighted the profound bond of blood ties, kinship, and shared sacrifices between the Moroccan people and the Palestinians, despite the geographical distance separating the\u00a0two\u00a0countries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rabat, March 26, 2024 Today, Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the exhibition of Moroccan calligraphy, Arabic Hurufiyya (lettrism), and ornamentation entitled &#8220;Melodies of Letters from Al-Aqsa to Al-Aqsa&#8221; was inaugurated at the headquarters of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency in Rabat.
