The Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Chile, Vera Baboun, expressed her gratitude and appreciation to His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, for the work carried out by the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Asharif Agency (BMAQ)in the Palestinian territories.<\/p>\n
During her address at the commemoration of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People in Concepci\u00f3n, Chile, located 500 kilometers south of Santiago, the Palestinian ambassador highlighted Morocco’s steadfast support for the just Palestinian cause. Speaking at the event, which was attended by a delegation from BMAQ led by its Director, Mohamed Salem Cherkaoui, she emphasized that this support is central to preserving Palestinian identity.<\/p>\n
Leaders of the Palestinian community also praised the humanitarian support provided by the Agency to Palestinians, in accordance with the high directives of HM King Mohammed VI.
\nThese leaders\u2014Gustavo Dib\u00e1n, President of the Arab Center in Concepci\u00f3n; Emilio Gini Samour, President of the Chilean-Arab Cultural and Educational Organization; and Pastor Alex Ayedo\u2014emphasized how the Agency’s support improves Palestinians’ living conditions and strengthens their resilience.
\nThe Agency’s attendance at the Palestinian community’s commemoration of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People in Chile is part of its participation in “Morocco Week in Chile,” organized from November 28 to December 8, at the initiative of the Moroccan Embassy in Santiago.
\nThe Agency’s delegation participating in these events included Amjad Shehab, a member of the Islamic Higher Council in Jerusalem, Father Johnny Abou Khalil, head of the Latin Patriarchal School of Jerusalem , Reverend Imad Haddad, pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Amman, and Rania Al-Muhtadi, a professor of Spanish literature at Al-Quds University.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
